Our B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions integrate various accounting/ERP packages such as SAP, SYSPRO, Sage, Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics connecting seamlessly with ecommerce channels such as WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento, as well as marketplaces including Takealot and Amazon. Additionally, we offer our own B2B trade store, enabling clients to synchronise inventory and orders effectively.
The role
We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Head of Sales to drive aggressive revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role for a “heavy hitter” who leads by doing. We are not looking for a corporate manager or a distant strategist; we need an entrepreneurial leader who is personally and directly involved in the sales cycle and isn’t afraid to push hard for results. You will take complete ownership of revenue generation, balancing the pursuit of both high value, complex Enterprise integrations and the high-volume requirements of our SaaS subscription model.
Key responsibilities
Sales Execution & Frontline Leadership
- Enterprise Hunting: Personally identify, engage and secure new Enterprise-level clients by leveraging your own network and relentlessly pursuing opportunities.
- Active Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, getting “into the weeds” with your sales team to support and close deals.
- High-Accountability Management: Recruit, develop and rigorously manage a sales team, ensuring they meet demanding targets and KPIs.
- Performance Culture: Build a high-intensity work ethic where transparency is valued. You are comfortable making difficult decisions to ensure a high performance sales team.
- Scalable Action: Design and implement sales processes that are focused on speed, efficiency and revenue delivery.
Marketing & Strategic Ownership
- Marketing Ownership: Oversee the marketing function and work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the strategy is delivering high-quality leads.
- Sales Planning: Work with the CEO to develop and execute the annual Sales and Marketing plan and budget.
- Commercial Oversight: Manage the Sales and Marketing budget with a focus on ROI and business growth.
- Product and Technical Alignment: Work closely with technical support and product development teams to ensure sales strategies match our technical capabilities and client needs.
- Monitor Performance: Provide regular updates on business growth and revenue progress, using key metrics.

- Contribute to senior management initiatives, shaping the overall business strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging trends and competitor activities, refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Additional requirements
- B2B Tech Specialist: Minimum 10+ years of B2B software technology sales experience, with a heavy focus on SaaS.
- Enterprise Track Record: A proven history of identifying and closing large-value, complex enterprise deals.
- ERP Fluency: A solid understanding of ERP systems and ecommerce platforms, and integration technologies.
- Market Insight: Experience of the eCommerce environment
- Growth Mindset: Experience in international markets and managing overseas clients is an advantage.
