Amazon: Cannot find product with identifier

Issue:

S2S failed to find the specified identifier on Amazon.

Solution:

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  • Check which identifier S2S uses for your Amazon sync
    • On the Portal, navigate to Connectors > Amazon
    • Click on Offers and check the selected “Type”
    • After you’ve found the identifier above, check the SKU on S2S and Amazon
    • Ensure both are correct, and update the fields on your ERP or Amazon. Add this missing identifier to your Amazon portal if it is not set
    • Navigate to the product > Channels tab > Click “Resync”
    • Once the sync has processed, go to the “Errors” tab on the Portal and search for the SKU
    • If the error is no longer present, the product has successfully linked to Amazon
