Amazon: Cannot find product with identifier
Issue:
S2S failed to find the specified identifier on Amazon.

Solution:
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Check which identifier S2S uses for your Amazon sync
- On the Portal, navigate to Connectors > Amazon
- Click on Offers and check the selected “Type”
- After you’ve found the identifier above, check the SKU on S2S and Amazon
- Ensure both are correct, and update the fields on your ERP or Amazon. Add this missing identifier to your Amazon portal if it is not set
- Navigate to the product > Channels tab > Click “Resync”
- Once the sync has processed, go to the “Errors” tab on the Portal and search for the SKU
- If the error is no longer present, the product has successfully linked to Amazon
