WooCommerce categories are not updating

Categories on WooCommerce are not updating

Issue:

Categories on WooCommerce are not updating after they were changed/updated on the site.

Solution:

Follow the below steps to resync the categories from Stock2Shop to WooCommerce:

• Open your Stock2Shop console
• Navigate to Settings > Manage Channels
• Find your WooCommerce connector on the list and click the three dots to the far right
• Click Edit and look for the “Copy all” button
• Click the “Copy all” button and confirm the pop-up

Please note:

• This will sync all products to your WooCommerce site
• It will re-add all images if syncing images is enabled on your WooCommerce connector
• This should only be done if the current queue sync has been completed
• Confirm the WooCommerce connector flags and settings still set to update categories
