Invalid product ID 'woocommerce_api_invalid_product_id


Failed to update a product or variant SKU because the channel IDs on WooCommerce changed, rendering the IDs saved on the S2S console invalid.

Please follow the steps below to resolve this blocking queue error:

  • On your Stock2Shop console, navigate to Queue > View.
  • Under search results, find the relevant queue item.
  • Click on the three vertical dots and then select View Product.
  • Navigate to the CHANNELS tab and click REMOVE ALL on the relevant WooCommerce channel.
  • Click SAVE on the GENERAL and VARIANT tabs.
  • Navigate back to the Queue > View and skip the relevant queue item.
