Near real time syncing
Install Stock2Shop software on your server that continually monitors your database for changes in price and stock levels. These changes are then sent to Amazon Marketplace in near real time, ensuring that your product inventory data is always accurate.

Once your Stock2Shop console is configured to sync product updates to Amazon, you can open data feeds to other ecommerce websites with relative ease.
Assign a price list
If you are syncing multiple price lists (tiers) to Stock2Shop, you can choose which one is sent to Amazon Marketplace.
Sync inventory from one or multiple warehouses on your custom database
You can choose which warehouse (or combination of warehouses) on your database is considered when calculating the stock availability to sync to Amazon Marketplace.
Error management
If an update fails to process to Amazon, an error will appear in your Stock2Shop console and a designated person on your admin team will be notified by email. The error notification will include an indication of what caused the update failure, and once you’ve rectified the issue, you can reset the update to try again.

Raise orders
Sync your Amazon orders as flat files to an FTP location.
Custom notifications
Receive Stock2Shop notifications at each stage of the syncing process. You can also specify which administrators receive specific notifications, eg the sales manager can be notified of successful orders and the IT manager can get failed order notifications.
Error management

Raise fulfillments
Stock2Shop can accommodate both FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (fulfilled by Merchant) orders. This means that you can either let Amazon handle fulfillment (FBA), or you can dispatch deliveries directly from your warehouse (FBM).
Automate fulfillments
Have a totally automated solution, from customers placing orders online to your team dispatching for delivery. Once a valid Amazon Marketplace order has been received, Stock2Shop can send an automatic outbound notification, so you can pick, pack and deliver.
If your WMS or fulfillment partner supports delivery notifications, fulfilment data will be returned to Stock2Shop (waybill / tracking number / tracking link). The Amazon Marketplace order will then be updated with this information and the order’s state is changed to “Complete”. Your customers can then easily track the progress of their order.
Sync stock levels
If your WMS or fulfillment partner supports stock feeds, Stock2Shop can automate the updating of stock levels directly on Amazon Marketplace.
