Sync Inventory Data
Our software continually monitors your IQ Retail database for changes in inventory information and sends these updates to Amazon. So if your pricing or stock levels are adjusted on IQ Retail, it won’t be long before these changes reflect on Amazon.
Once your Stock2Shop console is configured to sync product updates to Amazon, you can open data feeds to other ecommerce websites with relative ease. You are then able to manage your inventory data across multiple online sales channel directly from IQ Retail.
You decide which price lists on IQ Retail are synced to the various price fields on Amazon Marketplace.
You can choose which warehouses (or combination of warehouses) on IQ Retail updates your stock quantities on Amazon Marketplace.
If an update fails to process to Amazon, an error will appear in your Stock2Shop console and you will be sent an email notification. The error will give an indication of what caused the update failure, and once you’ve rectified the issue, you can reset the update to try again.
