Choose the currency displayed on your Trade Store
During the configuration phase of your integration, you can specify which currency is displayed on your store.
Customer account display
You can display additional account information on the customer's portal. This may include credit limit, balance, and who the name of the customer's sales rep, for example.
Customise product search fields
Some customers may know your SKUs or barcodes, and others may only know the product title. You can define which product fields should be used to render search results.
Customise product search suggestion fields
As soon as a customer start typing in the search field, a list of suggested results will drop down. You can configure the search funtion to only look at certain product fields such as SKU, product title, barcode etc.
Customise the layout of your home page
Create your own custom HTML welcome page for your Trade Store, or use the available templates provided by Stock2Shop.
Define layered navigation and filtering of products
Layered navigation allows customers to select product attributes such as gender, department and type in order to filter for relevant items. You can define these filters so that they are applicable to your business.
Define the columns displayed in Quick Order function
Choose which fields are displayed to your customers on the Quick Order screen. Default is SKU, DESCRIPTION, AVAILABILITY, PRICE and QTY.
Determine product display information on product listing page
Decide which product information is displayed on the product listing page. Each product has four additional attribute fields where you can show useful information such as brand, category, type, department etc.
Display or hide product availability
Determine whether you want to show your customers when a product is in stock or out of stock. If oyu prefer, you are able to hide this.
Display tax amounts on products
Determine whether you want to display the tax amount on the product listing and product display pages. This does not have an impact on tax calculations, it's purely for display purposes.
Display the number of units in stock
You are able to display the precise number of units in stock for each product on the product listing page.
Display your brand logo
Display your company logo on the bottom left of the Trade Store for added brand awareness. The image must be 184px wide by 30px high.
Display your company contact number in Order view
Display your company contact number when customers are viewing old orders.
Limit the maximum stock quantity displayed
You may not want your customers to know that you have large quantities of stock in your warehouse. You can therefore set a maximum stock level, ensuring that a higher number will never be displayed to customers. Once stock levels drop below that level, the store will reflect actual stock quantities.
Order products in set multiples
Decide on the increments in which all products on your Trade Store must be ordered. For example, you might want customers to order in multiples of 5 units. This is a global setting, meaning it applies to all products on the store. If your ERP / accounting system supports unit of measure, we can use this value to apply specific increments to each product. This would require custom development.
Order view address line 1
Store address line 1 can be displayed on old orders.
Order view address line 2
Store address line 2 can be displayed on old orders.
Order view address line 3
Store address line 3 can be displayed on old orders.
Product listing display
Determine whether you want your products' default display to be a grid or list view on the product listing page.
Product price displayed inclusive or exclusive of tax
Choose whether you want the product prices displayed to be inclusive or exclusive of tax.
Set T's & C's email address
Set the email address that will be displayed in the generic terms and conditions on your store.
Set tax description based on tax type
Display the tax type depending on the country in which you operate, such as VAT or GST.
Set tax rate on products
Set the default tax rate percentage on products for this store. If a product or customer does not have a specified tax rate, this default tax rate will be used.
Set tax rate on shipping
Set the tax rate percentage that will be charged on all shipping line items.
Use customer allocated warehouses
Each customer's stock availability can be limited to only what is in the warehouse to which they have been assigned. In addition, each customer's orders are allocated to their designated warehouse.
Year Make Model
Useful for the automotive industry, this feature allows you to assign multiple years, makes and models to each SKU code. Customers are then able to filter by these attributes to more easily find parts that fit a particular vehicle.
Allow back ordering
Enable customers to order out of stock products. This can be set globally or at product level.
Apply coupons at checkout
The promotions feature allows you to create a storewide promotion which will be applied to every cart at checkout. If you would prefer to limit the promotion to certain customers, you have the ability to create discount coupons for each promotion and issue them to the relevant customers.
Create new billing and shipping address details
Allow customers to set alternative addresses to be saved and used in the future.
Customise the order display page
Add additional information to the order display page that might be important to your customers. By default, the order number and sales order number are included.

Display the important information on the order list page. By default the order number, sales order number, date and order total are displayed.
Define custom checkout fields
You may need to capture additional information when a customer is checking out and send it back to your ERP / accounting system. You can create custom checkout fields (ie free text fields, check boxes, date fields and more) and set whether or not they are mandatory.
Define terms and conditions
Add T's and C's that need to be accepted by the customer before they can proceed with their order. You can make use of default text or provide your own.
Differentiate wholesale orders
Stock2Shop can add a prefix to the order numbers of all orders placed on your Trade Store (eg B2B-1234). This is particularly useful if you are syncing to multiple channels and want to be able to easily see where each order was placed.
Display customer billing address at checkout
Customers may want to confirm their billing address before completing their order. You can display the customer's billing address at checkout.
Display customer shipping address at checkout
Customers may want to confirm their shipping address before completing their order. You can display the customer's shipping address at checkout.
Edit billing address at checkout
Allow the customer to edit their billing address particulars at checkout.

Allow the customer to edit their shipping address at checkout. This is particularly useful when a customer has moved locations but their physical address has not been updated in your ERP / accounting system.
Send copy of the order confirmation email
You may want to copy in someone or a number of people when sending order confirmation emails.

If you have your own domain, you are able to use an email address from your domain to send order confirmation emails to customers.

Decide whether you want to send order confirmation emails to your customers when they place orders on your B2B Trade Store.
Set a minimum order amount
Set a minimum order value for all your customers. If the order is below the minimum spend, the customer will not be able to check out. This amount is based on the ex VAT value of the order.
Set a minimum order quantity
You can set a standard minimum order quantity per product if required. When using this setting, each product will have the same minimum order quantity by default. If you ERP / accounting system supports unit of measure, we can programmatically set the minimum order quantity to be the lowest unit of measure for each product. This would require custom development.
Set one or multiple payment methods
Determine whether your customers can check out on account or whether they need to settle upfront via a supported payment gateway.
Setup shipping options at checkout
Shipping fees can be derived by giving customers one or multiple options at checkout. For example, customers could be given the choice between flat rates such as Standard Shipping or Express. You can also calculate the shipping fee based on the total spend (ie rate based on cart).
Start order numbers from a specific point
You can start your order number sequence from 1, 100 or 1000, or whatever suits your needs.
Fulfill orders
Once an order has been successfully raised in your ERP / accounting system from the Trade Store, let Stock2Shop send off an automatic fulfillment request to your third-party logistics (3PL) service.
