Integrate your Shopify ecommerce store with a supported ERP / accounting system to streamline your online business.

Product / Customer Syncing

Create collections in Shopify

Sync your Stock2Shop collections field to Shopify. You can also set up other smart collections directly on Shopify.

Create unpublished products in Shopify

When Stock2Shop creates products on your Shopify store, we have the option of setting the product to be shown or hidden. You would want to hide products if you need to add product information before making the product live.

Delete products on Shopify

If this feature is enabled, you can remove a product from Shopify by sending a delete instruction from your ERP / accounting system.

Determine how inventory is managed on Shopify

If your products' inventory is being managed, this means that customers can no longer purchase an item when it is out of stock. If inventory is not being managed, customers can continue to purchase out-of-stock items. You can set whether or not inventory is being managed on your Shopify channel, or you can set this per SKU.

Limit maximum stock quantity displayed

You may not want your customers to know that you have large quantities of stock in available. You can therefore set a maximum stock level, ensuring that a higher number will never be displayed to customers. Once stock levels drop below that level, the store will reflect actual stock quantities.

Link products in Stock2Shop to Shopify automatically

Stock2Shop can automatically link to your products that have been created in Shopify already. Once a link has been created, Stock2Shop will continue to update that product. Links are created via the SKU. If the product does not exist in Shopify, Stock2Shop can create it for you.

Sync a compare price to Shopify

We can sync a secondary price list to Shopify's Compare At price field. If the selling price is lower, the Compare At price will show on the store front with a line through it, indicating the product is marked down.

Sync a cost price to Shopify

We can sync a secondary price list to Shopify's Cost per item field.

Sync images from Stock2Shop to Shopify

Determine whether or not you want to sync product images from Stock2Shop to Shopify.

Update product quantity in multiple locations

You may have one or more location set up in Shopify. If you have multiple warehouses in Stock2Shop, you can send specific warehouse quantities to specific locations in Shopify.

Check ordered items exist in Stock2Shop

Stock2Shop can compare your order line items with the inventory synced to our system to ensure that the products that have been ordered already exist in Stock2Shop. If this is not a requirement, we can simply send the order to your ERP / accounting system without performing this check.

Group duplicate order line items

A Shopify order might consist of the same item appearing multiple times. In these instances, Stock2Shop will show it as a single line item with multiple units.

Only process order items that exist in Stock2Shop

If the website sells items that are not in Stock2Shop, you can filter out these SKU codes from the order before processing to your ERP / accounting system. This is particularly useful in certain dropshipping scenarios.

Set discounts on total order or by line item

When discounts are applied to your orders, you have a choice of either applying the discount to specific line items or to the order total.

Sync all shopify orders to your ERP / accounting system

Stock2Shop will attempt to sync all orders to your ERP / accounting system, regardless of the Shopify order status (eg paid, pending, partially paid). In general you would only want paid orders to be synced.

Fulfill orders

Once an order has been raised into your ERP / accounting system from Shopify, let Stock2Shop send off an automatic fulfillment request to your third-party logistics (3PL) service.

Integrate Pargo with Parcelninja

Parcelninja can deliver products to a selected Pargo pickup point.

Update Shopify fulfillment status

Once Stock2Shop has received the tracking details from your fulfillment service, we update the fulfillment status to fulfilled in Shopify and trigger the shipping confirmation email to be sent to your customer.
