DEAR Inventory

DEAR is a centralized cloud ERP software solution. This application is hosted in the cloud, which means that Stock2Shop can sync with DEAR Inventory relatively easily.

In order for Stock2Shop to facilitate integration with DEAR Inventory to ecommerce sales channels and fulfillment services (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, the B2B Trade store, Parcelninja and Takealot Marketplace), we need access to your DEAR Inventory via the system’s API.

Connecting to Stock2Shop

In order for Stock2Shop to connect with DEAR Inventory, Stock2Shop requires the following:

  • DEAR Inventory external API setup
  • DEAR API account ID
  • DEAR API key

Syncing products to Stock2Shop

Stock2Shop can sync products, product families and product availability from DEAR Inventory to your Stock2Shop console. Note, all products must have families in order for Stock2Shop to be able to accommodate this relationship.

Syncing customers to Stock2Shop

We currently do not support the syncing of customers from DEAR Inventory to Stock2Shop, and there are no plans to build this functionality.

Raising orders to DEAR Inventory

Stock2Shop has the flexibility to be able to create one or multiple types of sales document to DEAR Inventory, using the order payload received from your sales channel(s).

The following sales documents can be created in DEAR Inventory:

  • Sale
  • Sale Quote
  • Sale Order
  • Sale Invoice
