Failed to raise orders in Omni Accounts due to the rest services not being available or timing out.

Solution:

Stock2Shop cannot raise orders into OmniAccounts due to a timeout, or the OmniWebServiceREST service is not running.

Steps to resolve:

1. Find the OmniWebServiceREST and open it. This is usually located in C:/Omni/System.
2. Stop and restart this service.
3. Do not close the REST service, just minimise it.
4. Return to the Stock2Shop queue and retry the failed order queue item, checking that it processes successfully.
